What SportyClaw is

SportyClaw AI researches football fixtures and helps you build, edit and convert betting tickets. It gives you the stats behind a selection so you can judge it yourself.

It does not guarantee outcomes. No pick is 100%, and every betting decision you make remains yours.

Your account

You need an account to use SportyClaw, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. One person, one account.

You can use the same account on Telegram and on the web by connecting the two. A plan bought in either place covers both.

Plans and payment

Free accounts get a small number of messages to try the service. After that a plan is required.

Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically, so nothing is charged again unless you buy it.

• Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency you are paying in.
• A plan starts once the payment clears. Crypto payments wait on an on-chain confirmation, so they can take longer.
• If a payment is taken and no plan appears, contact support with the payment reference and we will resolve it.

Refunds

All payments are final. Plans, top-ups and other purchases are not refundable once paid, including for time or messages you don't use.

• Use the free messages first to check that SportyClaw is right for you before you buy.
• A losing bet is not a reason for a refund. Predictions are not guaranteed to win (see Limits of the service).
• If you were charged but your plan never arrived, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact support with the payment reference and we will fix it. That counts as a failed payment, not a refund request.
• This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.

Fair use

Rate limits apply so that one account cannot crowd out everyone else. Automating the service, reselling access, or sharing one account across many people are all grounds for suspension.

Privacy and what we log

To run and improve the service we log what you send and what the agent does with it. On the web, we also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the interface and check for problems.

• Your messages and prompts.
• The agent’s responses, the tools it used, and its reasoning traces.
• Basic usage data: model, timing, token counts.
• Hashed browser signals used to prevent repeated free-account abuse. We do not store the underlying browser details.
• Website analytics may include page interactions and session recordings. This information is sent to Microsoft as a third-party analytics provider for quality checks, debugging and improving the interface.

How that data is handled

• Service logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
• Service logs are used for improving the service, debugging, usage analytics and preventing abuse.
• Service logs are not sold or used to train outside AI models. Website analytics is handled by Microsoft as described above.
• Access is limited to the people who operate the service.
• Payments are handled by the payment provider. Card details never reach SportyClaw.

Limits of the service

Predictions and suggestions are based on stats, historical records and the data available at the time. They are not guaranteed to win.

The agent can be wrong, and anything that matters is worth checking before you stake it. You are responsible for your own betting decisions, and for gambling within the law where you live.
